USC Verdugo Hills and USC Physician Associates

Your retirement account is managed by Fidelity Investments. At its discretion, USC will match 100% of your before-tax or Roth contributions up to a maximum of 4% of your eligible earnings following the end of each calendar year, if you are employed on the last day of that year. You are always 100% vested in your own contributions; the USC Verdugo Hills and USC Physician Associates matching contributions vest on a sliding scale (20% per year) with full vesting at five years’ service in which you complete 1000 hours or more in each plan year. Your contributions begin with the pay period following enrollment.

Effective January 2017, NUHW employees are eligible to participate in the USC Retirement Savings Program.
